Why use an industrial demagnetiser?

The demagnetizing system, also called demagnetizing systems in English, or entmagnetisierung gerät in German, is of great importance in industry. Whether you are a small or large company, industrial demagnetisation is for you.

Demagnetising is important for tools to prevent them from attracting residues, other components or to prevent magnetic fields from interfering with each other (e.g. coil adjustment). In addition, many mechanical parts are ground on magnetic chucks or platen grinders, resulting in remanent magnetism that can affect the life of your moving parts. If you do not have so-called anti-magnetic tools, you will most likely have to demagnetise them. At Mileresis, you will find very efficient industrial demagnetisers, such as the MILERESIS 1000 T model with positive control.

The different types of industrial degaussers

There are many industrial demagnetisers, each with its own specificity.

Here are some examples of degaussers:

  • Positive control demagnetiser (model MILERESIS 1000 DEM T)

  • Hand-held demagnetizer

  • Table or tray demagnetiser

  • Tunnel demagnetiser

  • Line demagnetiser

  • Portable demagnetiser

The advantages of our industrial degausser

MILERESIS offers you a range of two high-performance demagnetisers.

Type T15 (250 VA power, demagnetising parts with a diameter of 20 mm to 150 mm).

Type T25 (Power 630 VA, demagnetization of parts from 50 mm to 250 mm diameter).

Here are the 10 advantages of our industrial degaussers:

  • Minimum residual magnetism (between 2 and 3 gauss).

  • Optimal demagnetizing control through a combination of the parameters Power and Resonance. These parameters are driving by two rotary locked switches.

  • Indication of operating voltage during the demagnetization with two needle type voltmeters.

  • Creation of the magnetic field only when the part is moving on the coil.

  • Minimum energy consumption (50 Watts to 125 Watts) thanks to the originality of the system.

  • Integrated safety thermo-switch (100°C) in the coil.

  • Easy installation. Simple integration on the grinding machines.

  • Principle allowing the creation of the magnetic field when passing the part to be demagnetized in order to avoid excitation of the coil (energy saving).

  • Insensitivity to the ambient and aggressive environment of the demagnetizer assembly thanks to a separate electronic control cabinet and the demagnetizing coil.

  • Almost zero maintenance.
