Positive control Demagnetizer
The demagnetiser required for the most demanding demagnetisation requirements (aeronautical, automotive, railway, bearings, gears, ...).
The demagnetizer consists of:
-
A control box with Power and Resonance indicators and their respective switches.
-
A demagnetising coil made of epoxy resin with open magnetic circuits and a pair of windings as well as a thermal protection.

What is the purpose of an industrial demagnetizer?
Many mechanical parts are ground on grinding machines with magnetic chucks or plates. This results in a residual magnetism in these parts.
It is therefore imperative that this phenomenon is effectively remedied, as it is dangerous for the life of moving parts in mechanical systems, particularly in ball bearings or gear wheels, for example.
High levels of residual magnetism compromise your production and damage your business! Residual magnetism makes operations such as welding difficult; it also considerably reduces the quality of coatings and slows down production times.
Mileresis offers you a very efficient and reliable demagnetization on a plate...

Demagnetiser on a tray
The demagnetiser is a device for removing magnetism from metals. Often in various industrial processes, metal parts are placed in a magnetic field for pressing, cutting and bending, due to which they tend to become slightly magnetised. In external grinding of bearing rings, the rings are held in place by a magnetic chuck. At the end of this grinding cycle, the steel parts are magnetised. This magnetisation is removed by using demagnetisers.
Platen demagnetisers are normally used to remove residual surface magnetism from various types of steel. The metal workpiece is then slowly slid over the top plate at a slow and constant speed for demagnetisation.
This type of demagnetiser is ideal for use in tool rooms to demagnetise drills, milling cutters, ball and roller bearings, etc. The flat surface allows easy demagnetisation of nails, drills, screws and welded parts packed in bulk.
